Atlantic Marina has been in the Property Management industry since 2003 and have grown from strength to strength in portfolio of apartments, as well as having an excellent reputation in the industry.
It is personally run and managed by Geraldine Dahl, founding and sole member of Atlantic Marina.
Our core business is the management of local and overseas investors property in the V&A Marina Residential, V&A Waterfront.
We literally take the hassle out of owning a property and the running thereof.
The responsibility of maintaining the apartment, and the letting of the apartment falls solely on the shoulders of Atlantic Marina, and it is a responsibility that we do not take lightly.
Our service focuses on the personal touch, the one on one relationship with the owner and how they wish their property to be taken care of.
Our management services are tailormade to those that never use their properties, or to those that use their properties for personal use.
You, the owner, are assured that your properties will be in perfect condition and perfectly maintained at all times.
The other half of the Atlantic Marina business is the letting of our managed apartments.
Atlantic Marina markets locally, nationally and internationally to booking agents, travel agents and to the man on the street.
We do extensive web marketing on a constant basis.
We experience a high number of return business due to the excellent service that we provide to our tenants.
Our services to the tenants is a comprehensive travel plan. We can do everything from booking transfers, tours, nannies, babysitters, chef's, butlers – you name it, we can organize it!
From the start of an enquiry to the time the tenant check's out of the apartment they are given our best attention and service.
The Atlantic Marina Team pride itself on the hard work and dedication that we give to our owners as well as our tenants.
We continue to learn and find new ways of taking excellent care of both sides of the business, as after all, this is an ever changing industry.
