Geraldine Dahl, CEO of Atlantic Marina, has decades of experience in the tourism industry, coupled with her extensive experience of property management.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & HOSPITALITY SERVICES
- We do all the liaising with the Body Corporate and Home Owners Association.
- We do all the service provider liaising, we arrange for all maintenance issues to be attended to in a timeous manner.
- We can and do assist with refurbishments and interior design.
- Financial reports are sent out at the end of every month.
- Tenant liaison, check-in and out of guests. From booking enquiry to check out and post stay service, we manage it all.
- We have dedicated housekeepers on site seven days a week.
- We have a dedicated Operations management on site seven days a week, 365 days a year.
- We are a medium sized team with a big heart. We take the responsibility of looking after your property, and maximizing your income very seriously. We run a very personal service, you, the owner, gets a hands-on approach to the management of your investment.
