The night life of the City Bowl is a five minute drive over the saddle of Lions Head.

The villa has a secure entrance leading from the garage onto the lower level of the Unit. A beautiful sky-lit staircase leads up to the spacious open-plan living area which is furnished in avant-garde modernity. Balcony doors lead out onto a spacious patio with an ample-sized spa bath, stunning outdoor furniture and an outdoor barbeque.

The views from this patio are unmatched. The main bedroom (with bathroom ) is on the same level, also leading out to the large patio.

Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are found on the lower level, both opening onto a balcony with the same exquisite views as the floor above. A not to be resisted double-sized hammock awaits those needy of hedonistic indulgence and relaxation. Sedgemoor Views accommodates 6 adults comfortably as all bedrooms have bathrooms.

There is a double garage for two cars and enough space for two extra cars to park outside.

The Villa is specially secured with a top quality alarm system and there is an armed response service. Satellite TV is installed.
